Shiba Inu Token Team Warns Crypto Investors Over New Scam – Bitcoinik
Shiba inu token’s official promotional team warned crypto investors to remain away from fake Shiba inu Twitter account.
Shiba inu token is a popular meme coin, which grabbed huge popularity in the mid of 2021, following the appearance of Tesla CEO Elon Musk in the Saturday Night Live (SNL) show where he said that he loves dogs. Origin use case of the Shiba inu token is nothing but in the present time, this token is among the flagship crypto assets listed in the crypto sector, thanks to the community support.
On 1 July 2023, The official Shiba inu token project’s content marketing Twitter account warned crypto Investors to remain away from any kind of token airdrop campaign, shared by a suspicious Twitter account (@susbarium).
According to the Shiba Inu official team, the actor behind that suspicious account mentioned in the profile bio that the account is affiliated officially with the Shiba inu token project & inviting people to collect free tokens through the suspicious website link.
The Shiba Inu team further clarified that that mentioned Twitter account was/is never affiliated or linked with the Shiba Inu project team and also suggested people remain away.
This is not the first time when the Shiba Inu team reported such kinds of suspicious activities, earlier the Shiba Inu team red-flagged several Twitter accounts which were impersonating that they were from the official token team.
Developments under the Shib project
At present, the developers under the roof of the Shiba Inu project team are working on the development of a new layer-2 scaling blockchain network, Shibarium. In the present time, Shibarium’s early beta test is live & people can test.
The project team is also reportedly working on a protocol stablecoin “SHI”, to kick out the challenges associated with the other protocol & fiat pegged stablecoins.
