Why we like it

The M2-powered Apple MacBook Air from late 2022 is our favorite MacBook on the market and a Mashable’s Choice Award-winner for its long battery life, stellar keyboard, and speedy performance. This newer 15-inch version upgrades it with a slightly larger (but just as pretty) Liquid Retina display and two extra speakers (six instead of four) — and it still only weighs about three pounds. Amazon still has the 256GB model on sale at its Labor Day price of $1,099, which is a record low it’s only hit once prior.
